Three-Nine-Eight:
At Three-Nine-Eight, the main dining room, you'll
encounter three different levels with the cuisines of
nine countries presented in eight culinary theatres.
These include a continental rotisserie and grill,
contemporary Asian and Italian corners, an extensive
salad bar, and a centrally located patisserie section
and bakery. Three-Nine-Eight seats 350 people.
Barlen’s:
Barlen's, with its wooden floors, thatched roofs and
up-to-the-minute Asian-inspired interior, is a unique
beachside restaurant and bar ready to pamper guests on
the shoreline of Trou d'Eau Douce Bay. Choose from
sushi, Western and Japanese grills and salads. Barlen's
seats 120.
Safran:
The enchanting Safran offers modern interpretations of
classic Indian cuisine, applying continental preparation
methods to a range of timeless recipes. The focal point
of the open kitchen is the series of tandoori ovens,
which produce a tasty variety of Indian breads,
mouth-watering appetisers and main courses. Safran,
overlooking Hibiscus Bay, seats 56 people.
Paul et Virginie:
Named for the shipwrecked lovers Paul et Virginie, this
relaxed shoes-off restaurant on Ile aux Cerfs serves
perfect beachside fare: lightly grilled, fried or
steamed fish, seafood, pizzas and Mauritian dishes. It
seats 150, but will gladly cater for up to 300 wedding
or group guests.

Crusoe’s Restaurant:
Crusoe's Restaurant offers wonderful fresh fish, a salad
bar and pizzas. Don't miss its sumptuous Sunday buffets
of spit-roasted lamb and chicken, Asian stir-fries,
lagoon seafood and a decadent dessert counter,
accompanied by free-flowing sparkling wines. Crusoe's
seats 96.
3 Bars:
Sega Bar:
Right in the middle of the main pool, Séga Bar is the
ideal daytime spot for refreshing drinks, tropical
cocktails and light snacks. At night, enjoy the rhythms
of the resident jazz band over a pure malt Scotch
whiskey, a single-barrel bourbon or home-made rum. Séga
Bar seats 60.
Sands Bar:
The nearby Sands Bar serves a selection of drinks, light
lunch dishes and snacks, and seats 60.

Robinson’s Bar:
And the lively Robinson's Bar is the place to taste your
way through a menu of delicious home-made rum
concoctions served by the friendly governor of Ilot
Mangénie, Mr Robinson himself.
