The Gary Player 9-hole par 33 course is a mere 50 metres from the lobby of the Le Saint Géran. Designed by Gary Player himself, the 2 312-metre course meanders through palm forests and alongside the glorious beach and offers golfers the opportunity to size up the challenge of hole 6 against the backdrop of the glittering blue ocean. Learn special techniques from the golf academy, allowing you to unlock your full golfing potential. The clubhouse is fully equipped with a changing room, bar and terrace, making it the ideal place to relax after a game.

Spoon des Iles:

The gourmet restaurant Spoon des Îles is the creation of world-renowned Michelin-starred chef, Alain Ducasse. Overlooking tropical gardens and water features, you'll experience some of the finest and most innovative cuisine to be found in the Southern Hemisphere; a tempting array of multi-ethnic cuisines matched by the finest specially selected wines. Spoon des Îles seats 50.

A top selection of wines and champagne, chosen by internationally acclaimed sommelier Gérard Margeon, is on display in the glass wine cellar at Spoon des Îles Bar, which seats 12.

La Terrasse:

La Terrasse, able to seat 350, offers an eclectic variety of local and global specialties. Breakfast is a sumptuous buffet; lunch, an organic array of fresh fish and seafood; and dinner, a voyage of culinary discovery accompanied by live entertainment, wine and cigars. Try the spicy temptations of Creole cuisine or the delicate subtleties of France, India, China and Asia.

Rasoi by Vineet:

Rasoi by Vineet features the award-winning Indian cuisine of Michelin-starred Vineet Bhatia. With views of the sugarcane-clad mountains, enjoy Vineet's signature acts, including a TAK-A-TAK grill and open tandoor. Wines are carefully selected to match complex, intense flavours and the sommelier conducts wine- and food-pairing dinners. Rasoi by Vineet seats 80 people.

Enjoy a sense of camaraderie over the special 'Paul et Virginie' cocktail at Rasoi by Vineet Bar, a quietly elegant spot that perfectly captures the beauty and romance of the sultry island setting.

Beneath its thatched roof, the Pool Bar is the ideal watering-hole for guests taking a dip in the pool or basking in the sun alongside. By day, breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea are served round the bar; at night it is a wonderful place to chat over an 'Indian Ocean Pearl'. It seats 60.

Golf Club Bar:

The Golf Club Bar - known for its 'Green Island Fragrance' cocktail – is open all day for drinks, salads, light snacks and sandwiches in peaceful, lush surroundings. This bar seats 25 people.
