Everyone enjoyed the experience, would recommend it to people to
try. Although hesitant and not keen at the early
start everyone came away with a memory. (Also lots
of photos!) Thank you, will put you onto our
corporate list. The food at the lodge was great
however the one negative was the lack of air
conditioning in the rooms, it made sleep very
uncomfortable. The feedback from the team was that
they would not recommend the lodge unless this was
sorted.

The event was very well organised – I was impressed
with how they handled everything. Our pilot was
friendly and very competent. The ride itself was

It was a
experience of a lifetime. Valley Lodge is also a
lovely place and we
enjoyed
it very much.
My
suggestion for the Hot Air ballooning is that they
don't take so many
passengers on one trip. We were a group of 14 people
and it made it
a bit
cramped in the compartments.
The
basket is divided into 4 sections which accommodate
4 passengers each.
My
husband is quite a big build fellow and I was the
only female in the basket.
I could
not enjoy the scenery as I would have liked if we
were only 3 passengers in
the
compartment. (But I still enjoyed it.)
I will
definitely support you again in future. What other
"Travel expeditions" do you
have?

What an amazing trip !
This is something we would never have done were it
not for our 25th anniversary - we were looking for
something different and we certainly got it. Tracy,
our pilot for the trip, kept us very
entertained throughout the flight and I would
recommend her to anyone who was going up in a
balloon for the first time. She was fantastic !
We found the Champagne
breakfast very well catered for and all the staff
very professional and friendly. I will most
definitely do this again (maybe for our 50th
anniversary, ha ha )
The lodge was also good.
Food excellent and staff very helpful, polite and
friendly. Just not enough time to enjoy to the
fullest.
